Saudi Diesel Company was established as a joint venture between the Abduljawad family and Stewart & Stevenson.

The company name was changed to Saudi Diesel Generators Co., Ltd and became 100% Saudi owned. Saudi Diesel Generators Company Ltd. became the first fully owned Saudi company to manufacture and produce customized generator sets in the Middle East.

1993
Saudi Diesel Generators Company Ltd. signed a distribution agreement with Daewoo (Now Doosan) for Earth Moving Equipment & Hanwoo for Concrete Equipment (Now EVERDIGM).

2007
Saudi Diesel established it’s rental branch, Peax Equiment Rental.

2008
Saudi Diesel Generators Company Ltd. changed it’s name to to Saudi Diesel Equipment Co., Ltd in 2008 to incoprate the expansion of it’s products and services over the years.

Saudi Diesel Equipment Company, Ltd refreshed its logo with a modernized up to date outlook, all while still paying homage to its original logo design by incorporating the original green turbo shape.
